Don’t answer calls don’t know who from and judging by the responses on silent calls/energy/insulation/sky scams glad didn’t. Know nobody in Reading which is the origin WHY is this still going on in 2023?m and nobody acts-NCSC/ICO/Action fraud don’t protect the individual Same with e mails-Those aforementioned Microsoft/Citizens advice and Which all meant to act-last two meant to escalate to Trading standards and do nothing! When return call. Message is in French. Had several similar calls from different area codes in last 3 days.
SCAM CALL. Robocall for the 'HMRC irregularity on your account leading to your prosecution if you don't deal with this' scam. ALL people involved with this are the lowest of pond scum!

The man told me he was from a credit help place, didn't offer any security checks or business name. Possible spam or fraud, doesn't make sense why a business would be calling from a mobile number either.
