Commenting on behalf of my mother in law. They called telling her that her washing machine warranty was expiring (a lie)and was duped. When I called to complain they were confrontational and when she called back to cancel they would not put her through the correct department. Unprofessional sharks - avoid.

I ve been getting calls from this number every two days for a couple of weeks at varying times of day. I haven t answered them so I don t know who it is, but I suspect it s a sales call.

calls every other day - marketing - lies about previous contact and will not give their company name out and are incredibly rude. Keep calling even though we are reg. with TPS. They ignore requests to remove number from their list and continue to call.

They are based on wharf industrial estate in bury, Manchester and Blackburn. The staff who call have no idea, nor choice of who they ring as the system selects a number at random from their data, and only when the line opens do they see your name and address etc. They are legitimate in terms of what they are offering (a free hearing frequency test at your local football club/hotel) however, if you will receive any money should a claim be successful is questionable. Indian caller, said she was calling from Windows helpdesk - surely it would be called Microsoft Helpdesk, anyway the scammers just hung up when I started laughing at them. They really annoy me because they prey on the weak and vulnerable in our society.

When I ask who it is they do the reply like wtf and I got a Barr from nuisance calls but this one always rings now I need to speciffact this call individually which will cost me money
