This was a recorded message telling me that a large sum had just been removed from my bank account. By this time I had blocked the call. I have no doubt that they would have gone on to ask me to do something that would have resulted in me being robbed. There is no point in reporting to the TPS or OFCOM these numbers that any scammer can buy. The telecoms company Gamma Telecom Holdings Ltd That sold this number also supply a list of phone numbers to call. You are on that list if this number phoned you. Best is to get something like a Panasonic KX-TGJ420E. And leave a Google Maps review for the telecoms company.
