Repeated several days. Recorded voice played twice before live voice kicks in with 'hello,hello'. Purports to be internet provider and internet will be cut off withing 24 hours due to misuse.

Claimed to be from FedEx accounts but didn't know if I was or wasn't with them, was fishing for me to give information
Mostly ring and then hang up when you answer, are rude to you when they do stay on the phone and you tell them to go away

Criminal and fraudster. I never answer. Located near Clitheroe and uses several other slightly different numbers. All of them come from the same specific area. Should be investigated by the local police and prosecuted.
