Have had 4-5 calls from this number today. Finally answered & a lady called Lisa, was telling me that as I had never made a call out on my sky protection I was eligible for a saving to become a platinum Customer & Pay £150 for 3 years of protection instead of what I m currently paying. She new my full name & address & said I banked with Halifax but they would have to Pay it as a one off payment by debit or credit card. This number has called me a number of times don't speak just silence for approx 2 minutes.

Received an email saying package had been delivered and signed for by me when I wasn t in. Have tried to call, no answer. Have filed out their online form only to have it closed twice with an automated email saying I signed for it. I don t know if they delivered it or if they did i don t know where. Shocking.

Automated message claiming to be Amazon and need to pay to have item delivered.

Caller identified herself as Julie Smith from Signet Advice (as far as I could tell with some background noise). Said she d been informed I was recently injured in a car accident that wasn t my fault. I asked her how she knew that. She replied that she was sorry to bother me and would remove my phone number from their database and hung up on me without pausing for breath. Pond scum. (My number is registered with TPS and I can t stand talking to idiots so I ve reported them)
