Answering this number gives rise to a recorded message threatening legal action and arrest for tax evasion, and an option to press a number for further action. I rang off, but this looks like a dangerous phishing call that is after personal details (banking details). As it comes from a Westminster landline it should be easy to trace and shut down. It should be investigated by by the police.

This was a cold call from Tom stating that previous loft insulation was subjct to condensation and there was a free inspection. Please explain as where you obtained my phone number, as under current British Law it is unlawful to make unsolicited for which fines can be instigated.
