"You have had a minor accident in your car" "Can you confirm the details of your insurance claim?" I have had no dealings with them before, but they can t say how they got my number.

SCAM - claimed to be from Virgin Media and they my IP address was being used for fraudulent activity and could I conform how many devices were connected. When I asked them to confirm my account number to verify they were indeed from Virgin they put the phone down.

Persistant caller despite my number being registered withthe TPS. They do not remove your number from their listing no matter how often you tell them to do so. Report them to both the TPS and Direct Marketing Association who have investigated their practices before.

They are not back on track loans, proper loan company s do not use mobile numbers, this is scam and needs reporting to action fraud, as what he/she is doing is a criminal offence and if it is reported on the national TPS if they call again they are breaking the law, i am so fed up of these types of callers i do not know where they get these numbers of ours but i intend to find out somehow

Got an automated call from this number stating that its from HMRC and that there is a Tax Fraud registered against my name and I needed to press 1 otherwise I would be arrested shortly. I hung up straight away as I am certain that's not how HMRC operates.

Fraud - Scam trying to install malware. They claimed to be Amazon and I had been hacked, but they are actually the scammers!

This number is a company called Natural Essentials. They flog over-priced vitamins and supplements to vulnerable elderly people. They are really persistent. When they come up against call blockers, they instantly re-dial with alternative numbers. Just recently they are even switching to international numbers in an effort to bypass. Associated numbers are 08000148950, 08000148960, 02034567894, 02034535242, 02034535243, 02034535244, 02034535245, 02034535246, 02034535247, 02034535248. Block them all!

I once answered the phone and asked who is it and they automatically cut off. I find it strange how this is becoming the norm all of a sudden. I refuse to change my number though if you call me, I think it is only right that you introduce yourself first. Since they did not I know they have something to hide!!! Received another nuisance phone call yesterday from Nexbridge Communications Ltd still about energy saving. They are using local dialling codes but they are based in Manchester. They are also showing on google maps as being locally based but it comes up on the may as Media Shower Company who are actually based in Northampton, USA NOT UK
