Been called twice by this number. First one hung up while I was pretending to turn on my computer. 2nd one asked me to press windows-R. Told him it didn t work (aas I hadn t actually bothered to turn it on) so he told me to open a browser. Eventually he admitted that an engineer was going to access my computer to "fix the fault". Told him I wasn t an idiot and hung up. Check http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-security/ctrl-windows-key-r-scam/9c5f848e-1265-4125-a58d-15bf7b6889da?auth=
