I got this number from the booking office in Waverley Station in Edinburgh in order to cancel A Virgin train ticket. Called the number and got an Indian lady who just kept saying "hello". To me this sounds like a money-making scam and I am so frustrated!

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2038683xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with insurance marketing - accident chasers, PPI, but also financial services. Just block it

This is a scam pretending to be an Amazon call centre as they had our email and then changed our Amazon account password, that generated an email to us with an OTD code. The scammer then wanted us to give him that code so they could take over the account. DO NOT GIVE THEM THAT CODE AND HANG UP THE CALL AND BLOCK THE NUMBER
