Called 3 times no message, I called them back, the answering machine says TU Capital Global Trading Platform, can t find them on the internet might be a Spanish company not based in the UK. There was a lot of background chatter to sound like it was from a busy office. Also received a call from 0203 318 7669
They say they want to reduce your bill by 30%, very vague and I assume they are just fishing for customers, not sure if it's a scam as I didn't give him much time, same dude rang back from another number which is a London làndline
