Was an automated recording supposedly from Amazon advising that a certain amount would be debited from our bank account to pay for our Amazon membership (which we don’t have)!!
My son answered the call, they asked for me by name. When I came to the phone they had gone. Was tempted to call back as it was a landline but thought I would google it first. Glad i did.
Nuisance call
Suspicious person on otherside talking to my daughter, number has rang her iPhone a few times and has attempted to talk to her. Just this morning 29/05 - they tried calling again while my daughter was asleep so I gave the number a call on her phone to an immediate pickup. Upon hearing my man voice the phone was instantly put down, I am convinced this number is purposely calling to entice my daughter to meet them! The number is located near the outskirts of the clitheroe.
