DHL Scam. Don’t give them any information. They’re trying to get payment for unpaid import duty but somehow they’ve got access to DHL’s waybill numbers. But they’re so stupid they can’t even quote the correct amount!

FrI was caught out by this today. Luckily, I realised after the call ended and was able to change my account details before any damage was done. The scammers knew all of my details - full name, address, email address, how much I'm billed each month - even my security question. They were very convincing. They applied just enough pressure when the texts to change my account detail came in that I didn't have time to read them properly. Thankfully, I read them after the call and got straight on to O2 to change

SCAM Recorded message with very rapid female voice. Said my visa card had been used to transfer money with Western Union and to buy something for £700 from Amazon. I don't have a visa card.

SCAM - I got a text saying I had missed a parcel delivery from the Post Office, funny as I am expecting a parcel today, but it is NOT the Post Office who is delivering it. The text message tried to send me to a website to rebook delivery, but my Apple phone warned me the website was dangerous to go to, so I did not load it.

SCAM Woman with strong foreign accent claimed to be from 'BT technical department' (immediately obvious not genuine) and said they had received notifications that my internet was being used by others fraudulently. Pointed out BT not my provider which she ignored, she then tried to guess some letters from my email to 'send me a verification' and when I said that wasn't my email, accused me of lying!!!! Presumably hoping I'd supply my actual email.

Fraud They said I had £87K in a cryptocurrency account with them ('Blockchain Support') I've never invested in crypto, so it must be some sort of phishing scam. I think they got my name and number via the June 2023 data breech at BBC etc.

Malicious harassment. Pretending to be HMRC. Scam call centre keeps calling from different numbers and demanding money.

Got texts from Santander saying money was trying to be transferred to “Jamie Allen” and to call this number if it wasn’t me. Have not and will not call number. Is not Santander.

Received a scam call from this number leaving a voicemail: £700 from Amazon and 2nd charge 2000 pound through international money transfer website. We believe this is to be a suspicious and unauthorized transfer that you have never been done before in the past from your card. It's a scam - someone claimed they are calling from O2 Chinese Customer Service center - they even know my personal details (e.g. name, number, email) and say I am involved with sending spamming text so need to file a record with chinese police. They gave me lots of details to verify their identity that makes them trustworthy. However, I reconfirmed with O2 that this is not their CS number - so it's only a spam call. Beware!

This mobile is owned by a man who goes by the internet name of Joseph Barnsley .He is a paedophilic old man who is into seducing minors on Discord into joining his roblox version of tescos, to lure them into his office and perform sexual online acts with them, often over the phone, making them moan for his pleasure.

Woman claiming to be called 'Daisy' calling from the diesel emissions team. Asking for someone called Ray Shell. She had an Indian accent and promptly hung up when advised there is no such person as Ray Shell on this number.

Getting threatening texts

ring at your peril .I live in SCOTLAND call purports to be from NHS CLAIMING I HAVE BEEN IN COVID CONTACT. CALL CAME FROM [ MITTON HOUSE HOTEL ] NEAR CLITHEROE ENGLAND !!! NEVER BEEN FURTHER THAN 20YDS. FROM MY FRONT DOOR INTHE PAST YEAR.

SCAM texted me about an everi driver and asked to click of suspicious link to "resolve matter". I haven't ordered anything recently.

Called by lady claiming she was from BT. Wanted me to reset my I/p address. Claimed someone was trying to log onto my network. Was willing to talk me through settings. Said I knew how to do it. She hung up
