this number keeps phoning me says " I'm not selling" but they obviously are! These calls are driving me mad!

Foreign callers claiming to be from Accident Helpline. Ask if they can speak to person who had road accident. Last week I asked them to remove my number (registered on TPS), was told no. Spoke to a Manager who advised he would. Just had another call. Guy just hung up when I mentioned about last week.

The caller was a man with a foreign accent. He started to tell me he was calling about my computer but I decided it was a scam, told him I wasn t interested, hung up and blocked the number. I do not generally answer numbers that I do not recognise but as it was 08.30, I thought it could be somthing important.

Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. Following up a comment that this number might be Friends of the Earth, I emailed FoE and was told the number is a fund-raising agency called Listen, used by FoE. At my request FoE has deleted my number. I suggest that anyone who keeps getting calls from this number also contacts FoE via the Contact Us form on the website, to ask for their phone details to be removed so no more calls are received.

So glad I ve just looked on hear, did get them to check and they said yes due for refund, lucky I guess for me I didn t have the funds to pay the £400 fee, but did receive lots of calls and also a solicitors letter, all ignored and haven t heard from them since, thanks to everyone s comments think I ve saved some money
