Phone call saying that someone had tried making a £300 payment to China on my visa debit card and they have blocked the payment. They told me to press one to speak to someone to...

The caller immediately rang off without saying anything. Perhaps it was because I have got into the habit of saying "Hello" loudly enough to damage the eardrums when I get these unwanted interruptions. I rang back three times, purely for identification purposes. Each time I got a short recorded message and was then cut off. It was in an American accent. I am still little the wiser. It seemed to be saying it was the website of Drama-dot-com. What does that mean? I suspect others are going to

I had the same text from the number mentioned, preceeded by a text from Natwest saying there was potentially fraudulent activity on my account - I ignored it, and then my phone rang and a recorded message claiming to be NatWest told me to call the number calling me (08453560020)...I decided to ignore this too. Telemarketers, usual nonsense, I suggest you just cut the call if answered by mistake, block them on the mobile or landline handset if you are able, if you do talk to them then of course ask for your details to be removed etc... Do not behave like the quarter wit above, screaming and shouting at them, it just makes you look like a complete and utter fool and an idiot and in truth there is no reason to behave in such a way, it acheives nothing in terms of getting you out of their database. This number is indeed Eon. Very polite message left on ansphone. No return calls to that number - they left the 0345 customer service number in message to ring back.

This appears to be a fax machine which has got my number and all I get is repeated attemps to send me a fax. This happens regularly as the fax is on auto send. Is it possible to tell the company?? They may need to reprogramme their machine to get the messages to the correct destination.
