This is a genuine company as we had our loft insulation done by them. HOWEVER, despite them offering me free insulation and me telling them that if they checked their records, that they would know that we already done by them, they continue to phone and offer roof and cavity insulation, and sometimes they don t reply!!

Had similar experience previously by a different name and they actually only ever printed 12 copies of their newspaper which we had been asked to advertise in! This is how they can seem legal. I received a call from someone who said she was from an indecipherable (!) company who was going to check I had the cheapest phone line rate. She said she had a few simple questions about my current phone line. When I asked again who she was working for, she replied she would put me through to " one of our lovely advisers". At this point I rang off.
