Unsolicited call from an 'advisory' service which was actually a company wanting to reclaim mis sold PPI. Fourth call from this number told them to delete me from data base and he still tried to sell me their service. Persistent nuisance callers.

One to avoid so don't let them have your bank account number, or let them start a contract for you. There is a Facebook group, Cheaperwaste Waste Managed Unhappy Customers which reports terrible things.

A man with foreign accident was trying to tell me someone in my family had had an accident. In the circumstances I was quite polite. When I told him he must have the wrong number he rang off. Then I was able to resume the job that had been interrupted.
