I ve had several phone calls from this number over the last few weeks. Indian man, tries to get you to confirm your name and address, your postcode, age etc which I have always refused. Then asks about the brand of washing machine you are using, Is it Hotpoint, is it Indesit etc, trying to lead you into saying "YES". Claims to be researching the preferred brand, if this was the case then why so many questions about your personal details. I ve told them several times not to contact me I dont own a washing ma
Just called my landline. Male indian type accent - Slow speaker, used some strange (not common english) phrases, poor to understand what he was talking about. Something to do with BT landline costs. Talking about half price (or free) for next few months. He knew my postcode and clearly my landline number. I hung up at that point. I suspect a scam of some sort - but did not want to invest further time on it. A nuisance call.
I didn’t answer the phone but when using this service it was shown that it is from a different country than I live. Therefore it is probably a spam call
My phone said potential scam call so didn t answer it
