Called telling me that I'd had a car crash in the last few years, when I said no they asked if anyone on my policy has had a crash, and when I replied with no again they hung up. Called themselves 'Fresh Contacts' I think.

No one spoke when I answered, and I didn’t wait long enough for the ‘human’ to click in. I have had many calls recently claiming to be from the TPS, so I assume this was yet another. Added to my ‘block’ list.
Tried to tell me they worked "along side" Legal and General which would make the unsuspecting think they work WITH or FOR Legal and General, which they don t as they admitted they were an independent finance company. As soon as I heard those words I promptly told the male caller to F**K OFF and put the phone down on him.
