Said they were from BT and wanted to improve my router to increase my internet speed. Tried to get me to log on to anydesk.com, which is a remote access portal. I actually asked them if doing so would give them access to my computer and they said no. Beware!

Keep getting calls and spoof texts, they claim to be Scottish Power but they are not. They tell me my number is linked o a SP account but I rang SP from their website number and they have advised me there is no account with my number. Accident, some Indian or Pakistani woman, claiming being from some RCR solutions, somehow knowing your name, calling you about trafic accidents, that you had an accident, if not she insist that your loved ones did it, you deny that, not even owning a car, she jumps to "maybe they've been hit by a car, and the owner of the car is claiming money for damages of the car..." so yeah. Text Message; claiming I was due a Tax refund and to download a form via a link on said text message. Three suspicious things here 1, it came via text 2, it was a mobile phone number and 3, the Tax office have not got my mobile number.

I m getting calls from this number 4/5 times a week constant, I have answered once or twice and it appears to be absolute nonsense. I reject the call every time it comes up on my phone but its still fairly constant.
