Called the number back, and yes customer is with talktalk and they had call screening in place. It seems a call centre is using this number as a mask to make calls from the internet, and therefore when you call the number back you don't get them but an innocent talk talk customer.

I don't wanna call back since I do not know the number - it could be just a robocaller testing if my number is responding, don't want to let them know my line is active... Had a couple of calls from this number asking for household members. Declined to say what they wanted when asked only saying that they were not selling anything. First caller wanted to confirm name and address etc. which of course I did not.
