I just received a call from this number, the person on the line was very polite however the content of the call was very confusing. We answered this call to be asked if we wanted a Will writing service. They not only new our phone number they also new our Surname. We are ex directory so this should not happen but I understand it is not always a BT fault/reason. It is, though a BT problem if they do not take the number away from the owner as well as refuse them a phone line. Surely this is possible? BT please read !!!
