Called on 10th Feb 2023. Man with an Indian accent claiming to be from Virgin Media. Told me our IP address had been hacked and changed from a UK to a US one. Obviously total rubbish and scam. Wanted me to speak to a 'very knowledgeable engineer' to connect to my computer and 'fix it'. No doubt wanted me to connect to and open a scam website. He eventually hung up when I told him I was actually a network engineer but was quite persistent.

My other phone there was no message just the bleeps to tell you it was not accessible. I won't bother with this I'll ring the police. This is utterly disgraceful and meant to worry the recipient.

A message in a Chinese language was left by whoever dialled the number. Possibly automated. This happened today at 14:47PM and also on numerous occasions in the past. What is strange about this automated message in Chinese, is that I keep hearing it a lot and it is over a year now since this happened, the only difference is that, I see other UK numbers which was displayed on my phone and the same automated message is heard. This was an automated call about a charge for Amazon Prime membership that had expired. I don't currently have an Amazon Prime membership, so this was almost certainly a scam call.

This number along with 50 other numbers starting 020 have been giving me nuisance call repeatedly trying to sell me magazines and other things which im not interested in and its gotten to the point that i have to block the numbers every time they call me from a new one because the calls are so persistant and frequent i cant get a break for even q minute if i dont block them all qs i recieve the call from each new number

Indian male called Alex purporting to be from BT telling me I had a problem with my internet and they were getting urgent error signals. I knew it was a hoax call, had them before, so asked him twice what the signals were and he put the phone down.
