I was phoned, from this number. They said they were Tech-stores, and "helped" me to buy a security programme for my PC (SCAM). I parted with money, and had remote access install the programme (I later found they had not, when I went to use the online support, and found I had no security programme from this company). It's virgin media, I have given my notice, and even now past the 14 day cooling off period they keep calling, I've even got my new router from my new provider.
