I just got a call claiming (falsely) to be from this number, claiming (again falsely) that it was BT Openreach (or something). When I politely declined, the caller said (as they hung up) "Fuck you, fuck you in the face". Which may well have been the only genuine thing about the call. I was caught out by this today. They claimed to be calling from O2. Luckily, I realised after the call ended and was able to change my account details before any damage was done. took a call from a foreign sounding woman claiming to be from open reach telling me they had detected my internet speed was faulty. It was a local number but she handed me on to a foreign guy who, when I asked where he was based, said London. When I told him I thought he was a scammer he hung up!
