Got a call from this number today. The caller said he was from Orange (even though they apparently only go by the name EE anymore so I was already wary). He said he wanted to offer me a reduced bill by combining my EE broadbad and my BT telephone line. He then asked for some personal details, which I was not going to offer him so I just rang off.

SCAM FRAUD! Pretending to be from national insurance department. Tell you there are numerous arrest warrants out against you. Threaten to delete/block your national insurance number if you do not hand over your personal info. Hang up & block the number!

This company is totally despicable. Had a silent call from them yesterday morning then spoke with rep who called again this morning. He had my name and address, (very distressing) and claimed to be responding to an enquiry.
