A man called claiming to be from TPS, as I was already registered it was a ‘customer verification call’ ( never had to do this before nor is it on the TPS website) claimed my registration only applied to local calls only, he could apply the block to international calls, I questioned him and he bacame aggressive, would not answer my questions and came out with the same spiel ‘customer verification call’ I hung up and have blocked the number.

Umpteen calls asking if I am on a pension and if so I can get a free boiler if I am on benefits or a pension. When I asked why I was repeatedly called the caller just laughed at me and after a few seconds ended the call. You can t call back to complain to a Manager as the call won t connect.
