It states it so quickly, I can't be sure if 100% correct. If it were important then it wouldn't be coming from a mobile! Either way, then says "press 1 to speak to an officer". I didn't.

This was a call from a person saying they were from Virgin Media reporting that our internet had been hacked on numerous occasions to cut a long story short I was asked to download the TeamViewer App onto my iPad so they could “put everything right” they were very convincing and I foolishly parted with some money before my switched on son overheard me and hung up the call, I have deleted the app and contacted by bank to report the “Scam” I wanted to forewarn everyone if they receive a call hang up immediate

But where my FB was this number was there .and I have put soft ware in . Information 07355 118732 sent me a text message. HSBC: Direct Debit successfully set up to EE for 183GBP, if this was NOT YOU call us on 01313785729. I don`t bank with HSBC, but anyway, tried to call the number given. This just rings for a couple of minutes then get a message saying the mailbox is full. Therefore, both the mobile and landline numbers given are SPAM.
SCAM claims to be Tony from carphone warehouse. My Android identifies the caller as Al Kareem a legitimate company, so i answered, so it looks like they are trying to mask their Id by using that number when they call.
