These people called me at 0236hrs - yes, that is 2.36AM. What kind of calls do you normally get at that time of night? Family bereavement or bad news, so I rushed out of bed to answer the call, only to find it was a recorded message. I will be reporting these people to the TPS as this is criminally anti-social.

As usual, when I was hard at work on something important that needed concentration, I got this call again. The usual recorded voice addressed me as "Dear customer". Before turning to Tellows I looked it up on another site and found there had been 169 complaints about it there alone in a few days. Surely the authorities can do something about this, or are the perpetrators so clever they cannot be traced? I hope they are, and that they will get their deserts for their criminal behaviour.

A machine called me from this number. I got the same recorded message on answering the call as you get if you call it back. The message claims that they are Supporter Insight UK and performing a survey on behalf of charities, but to rest assured, it was not an urgent call and they would call back. I am on the TPS register. I called the number on www.supporterinsight.com to complain. The guy there told me that they don t consult the register since they are not doing marketing calls (just surveys). M

Rang 3 times one after another, so answered on the third time, just in case, no one there, I only waited 3 seconds before disconnecting. If it was a genuine call someone waiting to talk, they would be there straight away.
