This number called me yesterday to say they was nothing to worry about they were BT & said they were looking to get me a better deal before prices went up. They knew my name so it could have been from BT, but when they asked me to confirm who the account holder was I thought it was a bit strange if they already had this information. So I told the woman I wasn’t interested & she said ok & I finished the call.
International call from Northern Ireland. Same recorded message, same voice on several calls received. Amazon. Can nothing be done?

SCAM told me that computer hackers were accessing my computer and trying to blame it on me. When I asked what information they had the male caller gave my name. when I told him I didn't have a personal computer or personal laptop he hung-up.

I have received a call from this number too and it was a reminder for my outpatients appointment at the local hospital. In all fairness, it was big help as I had misplaced my letter. I can asure everyone that thisis NOT a scam.
Caller said they were from O2. Said there was suspicious activity on my account, then a text turned up that looked to have come from O2. The text had a code number that they wanted to "prove I was the account holder. I'm sorry. This is an obvious scam. They'd use that code to hijack my account, change the address, and order as many high end phones and tablets as O2 would let them.
