Tried to ring it back to see who it was but get the discontinued tone. Don't understand why!!

Claims they're Red Star and want to give you a refund on for an overcharge on a credit card years ago. I've never had a credit card!

This number called me using my previous surname and when I told them I wasnt known by that name anymore they hung up. Who are they.

I have had several calls from this number repeatedly today, when I pick up it's all I can hear is what sounds like a child being silly.

someone with an indian accent said my internet address had been used in California for illegal activity . when asked for my BT account number she said this wasn t the accounts department . Told her to get lost

These people repeatedly call phishing for information stating that they are calling about a car accident. Maybe some poor souls they call talk about an accident they may/ may not have had and pass on personal details. It appears to be a scam and the only way to avoid them calling is to block their number. They called my number >10 times over past 6 months and have never taken it off their system. FYI I was never in a car accident.

Finally answered & a lady called Lisa, was telling me that as I had never made a call out on my sky protection I was eligible for a saving to become a platinum Customer & Pay £150 for 3 years of protection instead of what I m currently paying.
