I paid to advertise with this company they never printed my advertisement and kept my money I spoke to the telesales agent Calum Mackintosh who cold called me and he assured me I would get a refund from the MD Mathew Walker if I called back later. I rang and spoke to Mathew Walker who sounds like an illiterate he refused my refund made up a tissue of lies and excuses and said he actually cant issue refunds and the BOSS will call me.......still waiting!! Sarcastic and rude male just kept repeating he wanted to give me a quote for car warrenty on my car (mentioned make and model along with car reg!) Wouldn t remove my number when asked. I insisted to be put through to a human being who doesn t have attitude.
