SCAM / SPAM - A call apparently from some automated HMRC service saying I have a fraud case against me and if i don't press 1 i'll get arrested. Right....
Well, this number is a general call centre from London, they use this number for more companies, come of them are non-profit... Since today I have collected reports from this number from: Cancer Research UK, ATL (a teachers union), VSO charity, Paydayloans
They sent me a text message threatening me to **** me and my daughters. Plus loads of cursing words.
Noise in background no answer. Grrrrr

Called me about 6 times over the last 2 days - always hanging up on me until the most recent call. Somebody came on the line and told me the company name (I cannot remember it though). I told her I d had several calls but no voicemail - she told me "we are not allowed to leave voicemails". This was an unsolicited call made to me mid afternoon, a second attempt from this number. Appears to be a telemarketing company wanting to sell home insulation products under the guise of doing telephone survey's. They ask if you have loft insulation, cavity wall insulation and the latest double glazing so if you don't have any of thes no doubt they'll have the solution.

Just got a call with caller ID coming up as International but apparently calling from London.. Be aware! Saying that my computer is running lots of issues when connecting to Internet and can damage my system. The lady with a strong Indian accent called Alice Williams (yes, I asked her name) asked me to log into my PC to solve these.
