Have spoke to the company once. Asked them to call me back outside the hours of 9-5 as i am at work. They have since called me 6 times within the hours 9-5 from 6 different locations. Luton, Exeter, Burnley, Basingstoke, Cheltenham and Gravesend.

I am sick of Virgin and their terrible service, not only have I no WiFi i am getting harassed on a daily basis from various scam callers. Block each time. They is clearly someone at virgin leaking information as the first caller knew that engineers had just been to my house. It really freaked me out! Called virgin to report nuisance calls and of course they did nothing.
