Claimed to be from VISA DEBIT - VISA don't call customers of banks
Spammer, repeated calls, on my block list, Can't be bothered to answer, joust and then name and shame
SCAM Says there's been a charge on my grandparents bank account for 300 on amazon and 1100 on something else.

I did not answer. They left no message. That's the 3rd number in 0330 818 xxxx calling me in the last 10 days.
