SCAM - recorded message claims your National Insurance number has been involved in fraud/illegal activity and says you must press 1 immediately to speak to an advisor. A quick Google search found lots of examples of this as a phishing message.

SCAM I have had three calls from this number today, and at least that number over the last few weeks. It purports to be from amazon, and opens by congratulating me on my amazon purchase. It goes on to say " if you did not make this purchase.......". I cannot say what the remainder of the message is, because at that juncture I terminate the call. The offending number is 07388730907; it is registered in the Russian Federation, and I can think only that it is an attempted scam.
This number was supposed to be a dedicated customer service text service for Flawless Cosmetics. I made an order on 9th Feb 2022,paid by credit card and a couple of days later I received an email to say the order was on its way. Its 4th March and still no product. I texted the number to ask where my order was. The reply was "Arriving soon". I asked "when". No response. i left it a couple of days and asked again. The reply was "soon". Im still waiting. Ha

Been called alt least twice a day by this number...it s a debt/loan agency...I personally have never had any dealings with this, or any other agency, so have fostered my mobile with the TPS and added the number to my spam application on the phone. If they keep persisting with unwanted calls, I m going to report them...don t know where they got my mobile number from.145a3

I once answered the phone and asked who is it and they automatically cut off. I find it strange how this is becoming the norm all of a sudden. I refuse to change my number though if you call me, I think it is only right that you introduce yourself first. Since they did not I know they have something to hide!!! SPAM - Called my landline, answering machine set to immediate intercept, caller immediately hung up. Legitimate callers invariably leave a message. Conclusion: this caller is illegitimate.

SCAM Indian recruitment company Collabera is a SCAM. They contact me for a position with Bank of America. I've got an interview request but the links didn't work. I was contacted by the "supposed recruiter" asking me to call Bank of America. The phone I've called (this phone) does not belong to Bank of America. This phone number and several others are mapped to a telephony exchange with routes the calls to India.

Just had a text from the number 012685-578577 asking me to contact Claire regarding my account with T-Mobile.I thought it strange as why would they not email or ring me so it is interesting to see it is not directly from T-Mobile. I recently got a brill deal with T-Mobile for Broadband and a brill deal for my mobile with another company.Other than actually pay me to take their products I couldnt do any better than I have. Automated call saying they are from HMRC and if you don't press one now a warrant will be issued against you for fraud. Total scam.... avoid at all costs and do NOT press one. Apparently if you do you your telephone bill will be charged an extortionate amount of money - not sure how much because, fortunately, I did not press one!!!
