If they can't be bothered to have a person talk to you, then why bother to make the flaming call in the first place. At least give me the chance to mention the letters GDPR and remove me from your database. Mindless technology I can't even say get life for it has not got one. 0345 351 0192 called me twice at 08.50 and 09.00 hours. I answered the second call and got a recorded message (which gave my first name wrong, called me Michaela not Nicola!).
