The phone number is one used by Barclays but in my case certainly spoofed as they were after details that Barclays have said they would never ask for over the phone (DoB, Mothers maiden name etc.)

A very well spoken man said he was calling from some company (I didn't catch the name) to do with my Scottish Widows life insurance. SCAM Received another call from this number today - this time they left a message. Very strong accent and ringing from a call centre so it was difficult to make out. Caller stated they were calling from somewhere which sounded like Yonny (EON something) regarding our energy account. Caller did not specify which type of energy. Caller gave this number as a number to ring back 'as soon as you receive this message'. Ignored and deleted.

SCAM/ Fraud. Claiming to be from Barclays fraud department. Had several calls from variations on the 0345 number, stating fraudulent action on credit card. Card has been cancelled, still calling saying transactions are pending. If number is dialled it says it is an incorrect number
I expect 01663898313 is a cold call, aka spam. I have received two calls from it so far and each time it hangs up on my answering.
