Either phone rings and there is an engaged tone when I answer, or I answer it and it seems to be from a foreign call centre threatening debt collection, court and bailiffs when no one in my home even uses 3! Just got call from this person spoke with english accent asked about car I was selling on gumtree only posted seconds before phone call then asked about accidents and I hung up had two calls this week off same number one before got straight to the point asking about an accident i had. I ve never had one in my life I challenged him and he hung up. My guess there getting numbers off gumtree ads for cars. Number now blocked.

I checked with Virgin after readin Peters comments and they told me it was not a premium rate call .. it was a local rate .. I had a county court bailiff attend my premises and this telephone number was also on the paperwork I was given !! :(

Just had another call from this number today - ESI Scotland again. What are the TPS and ICO playing at? They should be hammering these lawbreakers. I will be asking qustions of the TPS and ICO.
