These people have been calling for months using various (fake) phone numbers. If you just answer 'NO' the call disconnects. If you answer 'YES' you get connected to someone with Indian accent. I believe they are using data stolen from TalkTalk to make these nuisance calls.
Checked number (dont answer phone any longer) and reading the comments I can only add that we have never had any dealings wit Simply Health but we did have an account with the HSA hospital savings association (now Simply Health)years and years ago. Makes m

We apparently called this number on 22/09/2016 and our phone has no record of it as the call was never made! this has cost us £23.80. We have contacted Virgin and they are going to investigate.

just like the other reviews, it was a man's voice saying it was a final warning in reference to a 'criminal prosecution in your name'.
This number should be a landline from London - I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet resources, which should be a good sign... Does someone have some experience with this one? Was trying also different formats of this number, but no luck. On the other hand I am not the only one searching for this number - maybe some call centre? Did someone answer this number?
