The caller said she was from O2 and We were due for a free gift of Wireless Headphones as a security what was my place of birth. I found out that the fraudsters had chaned my password by going on the O2 website and requesting a 6 digit number and asking me to give it to them.. I don't thimk I have suffered losses . I obviously reset my password. The caller was an Indian female, this is not unusual as, Indian Call Centres are experts in fraud I have been involved in investigating Indian call centre.

Rang claiming to be from Microsoft. Claimed there s a virus on my computer, and asked me to do stuff to rectify it. This is a social engineering thing, trying to get you to install malware and viruses. Don t follow their instructions!
Caller claimed they were calling because my Beko washing machine warranty had expired. I don t have a Beko washing machine. I gave this incorrect information to a unwanted cold call last week (Indian caller, UK Preference, claiming they were doing a survey). They have obviously passed my details to this company.

This is a scam caller pretending to be from a Lyca phone provider offering cheap contracts, the company they are pretending to be are Mobiles.co.uk. They tried offering me a £35 contact for 24 months for a Samsung S23 ultra, which was too good to be true worked out at (£840.00). I explained I did not trust cold callers, so they asked me for an email address. They sent me the email which looked genuine. But it had a different number to the one one the official website. Unsolicited automated scam call purporting to be from BT threatening to disconnect internet and phone service due to suspicious activity.
These people have called my home several times a day while I have been out at work and keep on calling through the evening. The one time I was home and answered they hung up.

this company just rang and rang and rang, even when i asked them why they were calling me 4-5 times each day the caller just laughed and hung up - i just blocked the number after a few days had enough of the rude callers.
As I have a booked gas boiler check it is FREW sending me a reminder...all above board.

Was called on work phone and asked to participate in survey. As not catching it the first time, I repeatedly asked the girl who she was working for, but she only repeated her own name. Very likely she said David Knox.
Keeps calling, hangs up when I answer but do not talk. Very frustrating, wish I knew was it was so I could give them a piece of my mind !!
