Revolting little con man - received a call this morning saying my computer was sending error msgs. Tried to get me to go through his instructions on the computer. When challenged on why and whether he was calling from Microsoft, he got aggressive. When I hung up, he called back. I told him to p*** off and called him.a revolting little con man. Insurance for appliances. Smart Cover Solutions telephoned me on this number. A salesman who gave his name as Luke Smith trying to sell kitchen appliance insurance cover. He had my name, address, bank details, password?, kitchen appliances. Not all the information was true, and I did not enlighten him what was true and what wasn’t. He said he could reduce the insurance by 40%, I pay on my washing machine. I do not have any insurance on it! I told him I was contacting bank fraud department.
I ve had calls from this number every day now for over two weeks sometimes several times a day and even straight after being rejected. Its not the only number i get unsolicited calls from lots of numbers every day. its about time the government did something to stop these nuisance calls.

You receive a recorded phone call, allegedly from Amazon Prime, to ask if you have renewed your subscription for 39.95 as the money will be removed from your bank account. If not you then you are supposed to press 1 to speak to an operator. The operator will then try to get your bank details "to make the refund".
