Male called stating he was from an Accident Investigation Department asking if we had contacted him regarding a collision, I asked him to clarify what company he was calling from and he kept repeating the Accident Investigation Department. When I challenged that is a department not a company name, he said he was working on behalf of solicitors. I asked again details of exactly who he was working for an he hung up.
