Called twice today, 2nd time answered: asked for my partner by name & claimed to be from People's Energy who are our energy supplier and are based in Edinburgh so that matches the area code (0131). My partner wasn't happy to confirm security information for an unsolicited call though and they were happy to end the call requesting we call them. Looks like the caller came from Worcester coming from a subway café in that area just off the A38 automated voice said it was forwarding a BTelecom message very odd, hung up immediately
