Strong foreign accent asking me to confirm my name and address. I asked where got his information from. He proceeded to tell me he was doing a survey on household appliances. I asked again where he got his information from as I am TPS registered and ex directory. Also told him that I do not appreciate being questioned by unsolicited phone calls. He said something along the lines of, "Oh, TPS, this won't happen again". Very hard to understand fully. Suspect some sort of scam.

Missed a call from this number on my mobile yesterday. Tried calling it back and the number is unrecognised, so using a fake number to persuade people to answer as it looks like a genuine UK number
