When I picked up the phone I was told I was being called as I had had an accident. It wouldn't have been me anyway as I had answered my wife's mobile phone !! I asked who the company who the company was... I had an answer mumbled back at me... Then asked whether I would like to discuss the accident - I asked who had asked that the company call me.... and the caller hung up ! Technique - asked them a question, every time they ask you one !!
Company is called Oriel Collections. They call every day and chases for a music licence payment for our store. We have advised them several times, no music playing in the office. We have asked for them to attend the facility at any time and spot check if they wish. We have nothing to hide. They advise, they dont have to do that and demand payment ! At our wits end to prove our case........now bordering on harassment !

Just in the process of calling my bank as they tricked me and they have taken £500 . I've switched my computer off ..not sure how it has been affected.
SCAM Callcenter claiming to be a solicitor firm offering to add me to their group compensation claim against Mercedes and BMW for emissions defeating devices fitted to cars. I could get thousands of pounds in compensation. Same company uses many other numbers and does not honour cease and desist requests nor do they comply with the Data Protection Act and UK-GDPR requests to remove my details from their Database. They ve called me before, today i just ended the call when the person abruptly said "hello". They had my previous address details and asked if I worked in a factory. When i said no, they asked if my husband did, again i said because i m not married, girl got annoyed and slammed the phone down! How do I block this number, as they ve managed to get hold of my mobile number?!
