SCAM - supposedly from carphone warehouse asking about phone upgrades. told him i was 12 and he then proceeded to be highly inappropriate saying ‘my voice is so sexy and beautiful’ and asking if i’m married or single and if i would like to marry him.
I have the TruCaller App (Free version) it notifies you of scams, etc before you answer. I will be using this on my new phone, it s a great little App and instantly told me this was a PPI scam. I recommend this App to anyone, and I blocked this number straight away. All numbers TruCaller checks against a huge database of Blaclisted phone numbers.

I m ashamed to say that I worked for Ben Reynolds for a short time back in 2012 when his company was called Crown Lawyers. Same story as these, he d get us to find people with debts, take a fee from them and then cut off all contact with them. Supposedly we d get a commission for every job taken on, but he d tell us that the person had decided not to go ahead with recovering their debt and so we got nothing. We then found out that they had agreed to pursue the debt and Ben just wanted to avoid paying us

A Lady answered the phone and claimed it was HMRC; she wanted to take my personal details so she could direct my call, however I declined to give my details. Later in the day I received a further call, when I took the call it was a computerised message asking me to contact HMRC on the number 02034671887. I did, a gentleman, I answered, saying HMRC. I asked him what the call was about, he wanted my details which i refused to give.
