They are very cooperative and professional and services are next level everyone should try.

Safe number noticed this number once every month on my telephone bill with a monthly charge of 14p. Turns out it is an automatic test call from PPP Taking Care alarm which we have for elderly mother. Called them to ask why we are being charged as we pay a quarterly handling charge. They very kindly switched this to a freephone number so no more charges.

My other phone there was no message just the bleeps to tell you it was not accessible. I won't bother with this I'll ring the police. This is utterly disgraceful and meant to worry the recipient.

We received a call from this number. The caller stated that he wants to discuss my husband’s current life insurance policy. My husband has no life insurance policy therefore I suspect they are not genuine callers. Beware of rouge callers who want to get info about your account and take your hard earned cash. Disgusting human beings if you can call them that.

Kept calling back when I told the heavily accented person on the other end of the phone to go away and that I didn't want to talk to him. Would not tell me why he was calling. Finally threatened me that he would send people round to my house to deal with me.
I answered the call on the second ring - sounded like an automated call - I heard the word Chinese but everything else was gobbledegook to me. I hung up as I assume its another scammer.

I asked if it was Vodafone and she said yes, then asked how much I was paying for my phone bill and what kind of device I had - all information she should have been able to gather from my account. This was an automated call advising I had suspected fraud on my accounts. Gave 2 transactions and was asked to press 1 to accept 2 to decline. I put the phone down and called the bank. It wasn’t them! Please just put the phone down on this number and don’t press any buttons
