This number left a voicemail saying my house is under surveillance and I face prosecution if I don't call back. Load of rubbish! No genuine authority would leave a message like that, nor would they contact you by phone!

A foreigner called saying he was from British Gas who handle our Electricity account. Only British Gas doesn't handle our electricity account? I advised him that I suspected he was a scammer. I advised him not to call us again otherwise I would report the number to the Information Commissioners. I then ended the call.
