I live in Oxford and the number 01865 713888 is A Charity Beggar Call Centre in Oxford. The only way unfortunately to stop this and other numbers harrassing you is to Buy a Truecall Unit for £100. Alot I know, but more than worth it and now I have Peace and Quiet but still have to update new nubers to Bar again...
