I had a call from this number, today, claiming that I had asked a question about my business. This, of course, was not true. When I said that I did not have a business they rang off. Clearly a scam.

They called this morning to say it's not a ppi call but asked did I have a bank account that had benefits, was local number so answered it, however he was from England, started to ask where I came from but told him elsewhere then started to ask further questions before realising he wasn't getting anywhere

Staff find it amusing to recall you if you requested your information is deleted from their database and put the phone down them. Warning they call back on a private call so no user ID.

Fraud - called me saying that the national crime unit has suspect my national insurance number has been used for fraud. It was an automated voice and wanted me to press 1 to speak to a person. I ignored it.
